One of my all time favorite designers is Michaele Vollbracht. His designs are so whimsical and rare to find. This piece is classic in its tunic silhouette with neck ties, piping at the bust, pleating at the back, and side slits. Oversized hearts are painted on the black silk in a muted gold paint.
