90s Mary McFadden Couture party dress. Let's start with the fitted silhouette, it keeps its hour glass shape on a hanger! I love a dress that has its own curves. The famous "marri" plisse in a burgundy satin. Embellished puffy sleeves are extraordinary with hand sewn 3d beads, sequins and embroidery on beautiful crochet fabric. These sleeves are just exquisite! Wide hand rolled boat neckline. Side slit, fully lined in soft satin. Great vintage condition, some light signs of wear throughout consistent with age. Some piling on the pleats, a few missing sequins. Not noticeable when worn at all.
