This here is a late 70s early 80s silk gown by Bill Tice. An absolute collector's gem. The quilted pink swirl frames the bodice front, back and around the shoulders. The same quilted accents are used to create dramatic cuffs at the end of these voluminous sleeves. It is a pull over and the two sashes are tied up front. The paisley block print paper thin silk is semi sheer. Pockets. It is in excellent vintage condition. The only thing to note is that there is an elastic sewn inside the waist and it is stretched all the way out.
