I found this stunning dress a few years ago at a local vintage shop. It was hanging up high and I just knew it was coming home with me. When I saw the tag, I was so delighted to have a Bill Tice for Malcolm Starr dress in my hands. The silk crepe chiffon is paper thin and delicate, however there are two layers of yards and yards of it. The shoulders have an exquisite cut, the fabric drapes from the neck of the neck over a nude color chiffon shoulders. The dress is also lined in a super soft rayon of the same green color. Balloon long sleeves with snap closure at the cuff. It can be worn as a caftan or cinched with the lux sash. Either way it's a really romantic dress. The huge sweep will turn many heads for sure. The dress presents itself beautifully, but it has some flaws. A few holes and spots that did not lift at the dry cleaners. She is clearly for the collectors, please note the the price does reflect these flaws.
