1980s Bill Blass black crepe dress with puffy tooled sleeves, true to his design with a party element! Union made labeled 6, but fits more like a 2. Model is 5'3" and a size 2. Some minor signs of wear but not noticeable at an arms length. Still considered in excellent vintage condition.
