Let’s start with the fabric, super lightweight sheer blue with white polka dots muslin fabric layered over a solid soft blue lining. The ruffled neckline and cuffs are just so pretty. darted bodice with a silk blue bow ribbon waist tie. The skirt is a huge circle skirt to spin in for days! It’s so lightweight and full of volume. Excellent vintage condition. Dried cleaned and ready to wear. No fabric label but feels like cotton. Made in USA.
