Ruben Panis, a fashion designer who created gowns for Zsa Zsa Gabor and other Hollywood celebrities. In the early 1980s, Panis was only one of two couturiers whose designs were featured in special sections at Bullocks Wilshire department store. Excellent vintage condition. Labeled 4.
