This is a real work of art by the infamous and glamorous Victoria Royal! I cant imagine the amount of time it took to create this sculptural peplum jacket. The fabric is brocade in a paisley print with exquisite hand beaded glass and resin crystals, gold thread, pearls and sequins. The scooped neckline is adorned, so are the cuffs and the stunning peplum. This piece was an exclusive for Gazebo, a high end store in Dallas that closed decades ago.
