I have had this Bill Tice dress in different colors and fabric and it always seems to swoon me. Which is why so many celebrities are seen wearing Bill Tice disco era gowns. I have worked all year in acquiring a new collection in different sizes and styles. This one is made out of liquid semi sheer Qiana jersey with gold quilted Lurex waist panel that ties at the front. The waist has an elastic band that is hidden once the panels are tied. The skirt is pleated at the top creating a sweeping drape. High slit at the front. The halter ties at the back of the neck which is also pleated at the top of the bust. This dress is in excellent vintage condition with one minor defect, which reflects the price. There is a tiny pin hole at the top of the bust in the pleated area. I never noticed it since it hides in the pleats. I have already taken my Holiday Collection to get cleaned and mended for the season. So I have decided to drop the asking price instead.
