The black off-the shoulder dress is decorated with layers of voluminous silk organza ruffle at the neckline and finished with a flattering smocked bodice and pleated skirt. This stunning piece steals the show, but elevate it with a sleek pump for added drama. Hidden side zipper closure. Light as a feather. This particular dress retailed for $2400 in the early 80s! I don't believe it was ever worn.
