This Donald Brooks is my first chiffon piece. I got to tell you it is even better than I expected! The print is my favorite part. Romantic floral chiffon skirt and jacket. Stretchy polyester bust. Knotted tasseled sash. I believe this to be from the early 70s before his disco jersey era.
