I found this Valentino Night silk chiffon dress in Paris! It is so cool, mini flora print, ruffled cuffs and hem. Sheer long sleeves, The bodice is fully lined with frog knots closure. The dress has had hidden snap closures at the bust and pinned at the lowest front knots. Screams 90s Grunge Era, paired with some lace up boots. Or keep it classic with some sandals.
