I found this dress from a really cool vintage shop and it just made me smile from ear to ear! Heart shaped strapless bust which is boned. Tulip hem to show a sexy leg. The cotton fabric is textured, but my favorite part is the pleated organza rosettes that adorn the dress all around the high hip area! LOVE! The dress is in excellent vintage condition, except for a tiny mark that did not lift at the cleaners. It is located near the hem at the front. I added a video where it starts at the mark to show that it does not distract from the dress at all. The designer's label is missing but the shop's label is still present. Fully lined.
