Wow! This belt! I just acquired this belt and I didn't even see the marking til I got home and pulled out the magnifying glass. Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Made in France is clearly labeled on the inside. It is a real work of art, the craftsmanship is what caught my eye. Each gold plate plate is hinged to each other on multiple locations, creating movement. Measures 30, 30.5 and 32.25 inches at the holes. It's on a smaller mannequin giving it a different style on the hips, but it can go straight across the waist.
