80s Victor Costa pale blue taffeta ballgown. So beautiful its like a princess fairy tale! The sweetheart neckline is ruched and dramatic all around. theres elastic at the shoulders too! So I believe it can be worn off the shoulders. The skirt is full and has a ruffled underlining to at volume. Back zip closure. Excellent vintage condition, some spots at the bottom half of the skirt but not visible from an arm's length. Please note that due to the nature of the fabric, you might have to get this piece steamed if mailed. No size label.
