Italian full wool skirt by VALENTINO skirt was given to me by my mother over 20 years ago. It has a classic 50s Italian style. the waist line is quilted with straps up front which closes like a belt. There’s 3 hooks on the side to close. The skirt has two tiers, pockets and stitch work at the hem. I never got to wear it bc it was either too large or sometimes too small when every time I pulled it to wear. And now I can’t wear heels which I need since I’m on the shorter side. The hem is too beautiful to mess with.
