Late 80s Bill Blass Silk Dress with beaded collar and cuffs. I did not remove the oversized shoulder pads they are sewn into the lining. Luxurious graphic silk, fully lined, back zipper closure. Labeled 6. In good vintage condition, a few spots but no holes and the bead work is intact :).
