This Mary McFadden ivory satin jacket has slim sleeves with slightly puffy shoulders and split cuffs, gold lame piping outlining the whole piece. This type of tiny quilted pleats was something that iconic designer Mary McFadden was known for along with her Fortuny style dresses. Each pleat has a tiny amount of stuffing. This would have been worn for a black tie event but as you can see it looks great with jeans. I can't believe how amazing this late 70's McFadden piece looks! The label design is of Mary McFadden's early pieces. It is in such great condition.
