Anne Fogarty is best known for her 1950's designs of full skirts and fitted bodice dresses that resembled those designed in France. She went on her own in the 60's where she expanded her line to include sportswear and ensembles. However she was still best known for her dresses.
This 70's poly jersey dress is part of her Collector's Items label. Perfect to wear from day to night, perfect for travel since it packs well. Beautiful blue and tan floral print on tomato red. The sash has a tan border that is also present at the cuffs giving it an elevated look. The jersey is really soft, clearly high quality poly. Scoop neck, hidden zipper closure at the back.
