I acquired this custom made dress in Fort Worth, Texas. I loved the water color floral silk chiffon sleeves. The huge sweep is amazing. There is a super long stuffed sash that can be worn in different ways. Let's talk about this regal silhouette. The shoulders are rounded off, the neckline panel curves at the top of the bust and then the dress itself is full of volume. It can be cinched with the sash or just worn as a tent dress. The construction is impeccable! The dress was never worn and it needs to go out. No fabric label, the sleeves are silk chiffon but the gown feels like synthetic jersey.
