1960s Beautiful Mexican Designer Disenos Delfis Kaftan. I love vintage Mexican caftans! This one is in organic turquoise blue cotton with amazing embroidery at the bust and cuffs. Different color ribbons are applied. The cotton is lightweight compared to other Mexican designers. Very roomy square silhouette.New with Tags. Pockets. Snap closure at the bust.
