I found this skirt at an amazing Dallas estate sale. The closet was full of Todd Oldham, I snatched a few pieces including this skirt. It is a navy blue full maxi skirt, the fabric is a stunning semi sheer embroidered lace. The lace patterns are large and you can see through the eyelets as shown on the runway. The waist is a satin ribbon, zipper and hook closure at the back. Lots of darts to give it movement. I didn't know that the skirt was meant to be worn low on the waist. Which is why I chose it, seemed like a good size for me if worn higher on the waist. No size or fabric label.
